This delicious and super easy hamburger soup is comforting, cheap to make, and very filling.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4-5 red potatoes, cut into cubes (1 inch pieces)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen corn
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • 6 ounce can tomato paste
  • 2 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasonings
  • ½ tbsp dry parsley
  • ½ tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (or more to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add ground beef, onions, and celery to a large preheated skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until the ground beef is browned.
  • Remove excess grease and add garlic. Cook for an additional 30-35 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  • Add ground beef into the slow cooker followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix it all together, cover, and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
    Note: Cooking time depends on your slow cooker/crockpot.
  • Serve aside biscuits or homemade bread, and fresh parsley if desired.
