The BEST Slow Cooker Lasagna
This slow Cooker lasagna is easy, cheesy, meaty and tasty!!😋
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups your favorite meat sauce (see recipe notes for my homemade recipe)
- 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked), broken to fit
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pepperoni stick, cut into ¾ inch slices
Instructions
- Add about 1/2 cup of meat sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker followed by one layer of lasagna noodles.
- Cover the lasagna noodles with a layer of cottage cheese, followed by a layer of meat sauce and a layer of pepperoni slices.
- Add a second layer of noodles and a second layer of sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Add your final layer of noodles and top with a last layer of sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over the top, cover, and cook on low for 3-4 hours (time may vary depending on your slow cooker/Crockpot). Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
- Keep in mind that your lasagna will taste different if you use your own sauce as most of the flavors do come from my meat sauce. You can find the recipe to my homemade spaghetti Bolognese sauce here.
- You can use oven ready noodles but they will cook faster so make sure you adjust accordingly so that they don’t become mushy.
